Player waivers are available now until Sunday. The tournament waiver form can be found under the registration tab on our website. Or, you can CLICK HERE. All players are required to complete this prior to stepping on the field. 

Team captains, please make sure to add all your player to your roster via the TeamLinkt app. The easiest way to do this is to provide all players with your unique team JOIN CODE and then they can add themselves. If you need your code and can not find it in your email from when you registered, please email and we will provide it to you. vicepresident@bcaffl.ca

RULES: Tournament rules will follow the 2024 Football Canada Rule Book for 5v5 with a few adjustments. 

1. Game times will be 30 minutes each. 2 x 15 minute quarters with a 2 minute half time. 
2. Each team will recieve 1 x 30 second time out per half.
3. Pitching or laterals are permitted downfield. There is no limit. The ball must be tossed behind the original ball carrier. (Referee discretion)
4. The clock will only stop for time outs, injuries and 2 minute warning. It will run continuously otherwise. 
5. The ball being used can only be one of two sizes. TDY or TDJ in women's. Men's division must use TDJ. (CFL, NFL, USPORT, NCAA sized)
6. MOUTHGUARDS ARE REQUIRED
7. NO POCKETS ALLOWED
8. SUNGLASSES ARE PERMITTED
9. BUCKET HATS PERMITTED
10. BASEBALL HATS MUST BE TURNED BACKWARDS
11. HOME TEAM GETS CHOICE OF JERSEY
12. NO SPECTATORS PERMITTED ON THE FIELD. (Please relay this to your friends and families)

There will be cold drinks and snacks sold on site. We also welcome Truckn' BBQ food truck to the tournament. They will be serving up all the brisket and pulled pork you can handle as well as wraps and sandwiches, right by field 9.

• Washrooms and cooling zone are also right behind field 9. 
• Flags, mouthguards, tournament t-shirts and more will be for sale at the BCAFFL tent. Cash or card. 
• First aid will be on hand all day Saturday and Sunday. 
• Park address: There are multiple addresses at South Surrey Athletic Park. The best one to use is 14600 Rotary Way, Surrey, BC
• FIELDS 8,9 AND 10 WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PRACTICE, FRIDAY NIGHT UNTIL 10PM
• Sunday playoff schedule will be posted to the Teamlinkt app and our website within 1 hour of the final game of the day Saturday.
